Martin Bullivant

Martin is a professional artist living and working in Jersey. He came to live in Jersey as a small child and grew up in the wilds of the St Ouen’s Bay area. This instilled in him an instinctive feel for the essence of the Jersey landscape

He was originally taught by revered Jersey artist Fred Sands RI, but then trained in Law and pursued other careers as a Probation Officer, Government Researcher and Church Minister before becoming a full time painter.

He has exhibited in numerous galleries in the UK, as well as in Jersey. His works, often large and bold contemporary interpretations of iconic Jersey scenes, are in the collections of both private and corporate clients. Martin is proud to have been recently elected a member of NAPA (National Acrylic Painters Association), he is married to Jackie and they have two adult children who live in London.
