Shipping & Returns
All purchases are shipped as soon as possible, and will be delivered to the address provided by you, typically within 7-10 days for works of art on paper. This may be longer if we need to source a print that is out of stock or for works of art that may require extra packaging.
Please note, if you need an item for a certain date, i.e. birthday or other present, please make that clear when you place your order so we can prioritise you order and avoid any disappointment resulting from late delivery.
If you have not received the your order within the expected time please advise us so that we can attempt to trace the package. We send all items by recorded delivery and have our own company insurance which fully covers items door to door.
To find out how much shipping would be on a particular item, add it to your shopping cart, then on the next screen an "Estimate shipping" button will appear where you can calculate shipping costs to your area. We charge all shipping at cost.
Whilst everything we send out is in perfect condition and is thoroughly checked, if something gets damaged as a result of postage or you are not happy with it in any way then we will arrange for collection and a replacement to be sent. If this is not possible, you have the option of choosing an alternative or having a full refund.
We have been in business for over 30 years by providing our clients with quality products and reliable service, we would like continue for another 30 years so it is important to us that you receive what you have ordered and that it is in perfect condition.
